The elevator didn't work and our room was on the 3rd floor!! And the refrigerator didn't worked ! We were in room 312! The best was high and so comfy ! I just disliked that our room was by the stairway because we heard every traffic coming and going with the door slamming! IF I EVER COMEBACK I WILL MAKE SURE THAT WE DON'T GET A ROOM NEAR THE STAIRWAY ESPECIALLY WHEN THE ELEVATORS ARE NOT WORKING!!!!
If you are looking for a quick cheap stay overnight, this hotel is perfect. Check in was very easy. They do require a refundable $40 deposit that was not advertised online. There are stipulations for the refund, but all in all if you’re respectful, you’ll get it back. We had two dogs with us and typically it would be $25 non-refundable fee per dog but they only charged us for one, which was really nice! Now onto the reviews about bugs and cleanliness. It is not the CLEANEST hotel. However, our sheets and towels were spotless. We pulled the sheets back and mattresses are in beautiful condition. The bathroom was cleaned very well. Down to the grout being cleaned which is a big deal because hotels don’t normally deep clean the bathroom floors like that. The only down fall is I did find 3-4 baby German roaches the morning after but they were all near the ac units which is very hard to prevent. The elevator was still down but there are plenty of stairwells for ease of travel through the building. Very pleasant stay for the quick lay your head down that we needed.
May not look it, but the stay was fantastic and without complications. I expected the breakfast was better but coffee and muffins I guess will do to get the day started. Thank you for a great stay.
It wasn’t the best place to stay by for the price I it was ok and in my budget somewhat. But think I’ll stay somewhere else next time. Respectfully said just not my kind of place respectfully said! Thanks for allowing me to stay. Blessings
The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the elevator is OUT OF ORDER!! I called because it would be a late check in (12am) and there was NO mention the elevator was not working. My husband is disabled and we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor! The front desk lady was very apologetic and tried to accommodate us as best as she could, even moving her vehicle so we were able to park in front of hotel.
The Wyndham organization REALLY cleaned this place up. Only complaint is the Elevator still doesn't work and hasn't for a long time. Best place in Raleigh for this price range. PERIOD. Btw. The stairwell I used was open air and I saw no roaches or mildew. My expectations of a hotel that I paid $75 a night for (After taxes) is not the same as a hotel I pay $200 a night for. No drug stuff going on here. I felt safe. Room itself was VERY clean. New bedroom set. Linens not stained. I stayed in room 312. Water was Very hot. After I read the reviews I felt the need to say this stuff. THERE IS NOT another hotel in Raleigh in this price range that I feel is this good. And I've been in them ALL... Dino
Peaceful and quiet when it's time to rest up. I wake up refreshed and ready to stay over again. The manager anf workers really are attentive to your needs. I love the rates and I'm a Wyndham rewards member. I will be back.
The first room l was assigned to had several roaches crawling about l texted front desk and they handle the situation quickly. The second room was a great improvement plus elevator was out again and I work 12-14 hours work days. I always enjoy my stay it's just a little place from home to have me time. Im hoping elevator will be working on December 31, 2025 I plan on checking in for a couple of days First floor PLEASE
